Thoughts that are fired into this sphere between my ears

Unchecked and untreated, my ego's assault on my soul can continue without the help of the spiritual realm to expose its lies.

Fear and control interfere with the transmission of love, and in doing so separate me from the truth of the situation that my spiritual disconnection maintains.

In other words, I can’t see what I am doing to myself while I am still invested in supporting fear and control.

When I show up for love's expression and my conscious connection to truth, the universe will be more than happy to meet me halfway. If I simply stand around waiting for something or someone to fix the perceived problems which lie entirely in my thinking, then nothing will change.

If nothing changes in my mind then the destruction of my primary care provider, my own body, will continue.

My primary care giver is actually my own body, which I have always mistaken for being who I am.

The information that I have accumulated as I have made my way along life's path has slowly coagulated to form beliefs I have about everything. The information that forms these beliefs are filtered through the perception of my ego.

This sort of information is always distorted with fear of the imagined variety.

It is of the utmost insanity for me to think that I am disconnected from the planet or the universe at large.
I have only become disconnected from the effects that my thoughts are having on my living experience.

Everything is in a state of confusion. My wires are crossed. The pistons inside of my mind are firing at the most inopportune times. Signals get mismatched and information floods across an imaginary battlefield that my ego has laid out inside the recesses of my mind. Senseless mental mind-bending chatter is projected in the general direction of my higher consciousness from the enemy air space of my ego's demilitarized zone. That only makes the truth of what I am doing to myself that much harder to see. Why in the world would my mind create thoughts that only serve the purpose of keeping me disconnected from what I am?

On a biological level, I have come to realize that I just happen to be alive at a juncture in our evolution where we are approaching a shift from our minds being controlled by instincts to our higher consciousness. The evolution that we dissect in the physical realm is also happening inside of our minds. We are preparing to phase out a dated version of our humanoid for one that is much more reflective of this juncture of time and space.

What is The Epicurean Oasis?

What is The Epicurean Oasis? The Epicurean Oasis is a consciously minded "pop up" boutique farmers market stand featuring farm fresh products and local artisans under the same roof. Our booths are featured in various Certified Farmers Markets throughout LA. Our Oasis booths are built upon the principles of Mutual Aid, Co-operation and Organized Effort. All our members share in the duties and responsibilities of maintaining the booth and split the overhead costs as well. This frees up time and much needed resources that can be used for other projects or just achieving balance within our lives.

For example: The Oasis has a farm delivery system that picks up farm products from multiple farm producers at the same time, rather than each of those producers having to send their own delivery person. It is our goal to have every aspect of our business demonstrate the power of people working together to achieve balance and sustainability.

In order to achieve our goal of maximum sustainability, our members are looking to secure a Health Department approved kitchen that we can utilize to prepare our food for the farmers markets together. This would also allow us to develop the kitchen aspect of our collective business model with a focus on streamlining everyone's production time and expenses. Currently, each of our members prepare their food in separate kitchens throughout Los Angeles. Having one dedicated space that we would use would afford us the opportunity to lower our overhead and really focus on collaboration and creating a sustainable product line for our customers at a reasonable price.

Additionally, 5-10% of all the sales made at our Epicurean Oasis booths is put into a transparent community account called The Creative Collective Alliance. The Alliance is accountable to the groups it serves to fund future projects and build infrastructure.

The goal of The Epicurean Oasis is to design a consciously minded model for food production and distribution based on cooperation, mutual aid and organized effort. Once we have created this structure we can open more booths, farmers markets and brick and mortar locations throughout LA. On this scale we could begin using a portion of the 10% fee to pay for other community based projects that can begin to pick up where the current structure is falling short. Thus, we bring about balance simply by feeding the people of Los Angeles healthy and delicious food and reinvesting 10% of the profits back into the communities who are buying the food.

OPEN GATHERINGS

Creative Collective L.A’s “OPEN” Gatherings provide the local Los Angeles community inspired nights of creative expression while doubling as an ideal platform to fulfill the CCLA mission. 

Our Open Gatherings feature live music, DJ's, dance performances, art showings, silk screening, interactive art, guided meditations and yoga classes, designers, healers, psychics and much more.  

Our “OPEN” Gatherings are designed to unify artists of all mediums and help others engage their own creative outlet in a drug and alcohol free environment. 

ART BRUT IS BORN

De-institutionalization and nurturing artists of all medium who are currently serving time in jails and prisons or homeless on the streets. Art brute provides safe spaces and supplies for homeless on the street and incarcerated artists behind bars to reengage or explore their creativity.

We hope that those we serve turn more and more to the paint brush rather than the sword:-)

The Peoples Market Is The Very First For Profit, Non-Profit Vendor-Owned Farmer Market Chain IN LOS ANGELES. THEY Reinvest THE NET PROFITS EVENLY BETWEEN Themselves And Their Customers. The money that is being paid to market owners today could just as easily be kept in house for the farmers of each individual market< to use as the collectively decide on health insurance, day care, emergency relief and of course advertising and marketing to bring even more money into their respective markets.

We would only open in locations that are collectively voted on by the farmers themselves. The amount of producers would be regulated to ensure the common practice of "Stacking" Vendors would stop. Everyone knows that there is less money to go around with every new producer selling the same products. This looks great for the owners and managers but it is a frustrating situation for the producers who have to fight amongst themselves to make a living.
